Every morning we grind the beef and bake the buns. The meat is seasoned with nothing but salt and pepper. The meat does the rest.

We grind the beef every morning, coarse, so the burger stays juicy. Nothing out of a bag.

Our homemade buns are baked every morning at Fabrika. Soft inside, firm enough to hold the sauce.

Fabrika sauce.
Our best-known sauce is made with smoked Spanish La Chinata paprika. We make all our sauces ourselves, to our own recipes.

How much meat is in a burger?
Our classic burgers have 150 g of beef, The Daddy 220 g, the Double cheeseburger 300 g and the smash burgers 200 g.
What is a smash burger?
The meat is pressed into a thin layer on a hot griddle so it gets a crispy crust. Ours is made from 200 g of smashed beef.
Do you have a meat-free burger?
We have two veggie burgers, the Veggie Fabrika and the Veggie BBQ.
Do you have a burger for kids?
A kids’ cheeseburger with 100 g of beef, on the kids’ menu for ages up to 8.
